Laboratory Manager

Mr. Ly has over 17 years of working experience in different hospitals, clinics and NGOs. Before joining Mengly J. Quach Student Health Center, Mr. Ly had worked as a Laboratory Technician at Raffles Medical Center for eight years, as a Laboratory Manager at Somary Raffles Medical Center for five years, and as an Assistant Operations Manager with Reproductive Health Association of Cambodia for one year.

Mr. Ly received his Laboratory Technician Degree from Technical School Medical Care, Phnom Penh in 1997.
