Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach is a general practitioner and public health physician. Dr. Quach received his Pre-Med studies from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health Practice from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Doctor of Medicine degree in General Medicine from Spartan Health Sciences University, School of Medicine in St. Lucia West Indies based in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Dr. Quach also completed a fellowship in Integrated Management of Childhood Illness with Partners for Development in Maryland based in Chhlong, Cambodia.
After his medical studies, Dr. Quach worked in academia for four years (two years in the United States) serving on the faculty of three universities before establishing the Mengly J. Quach Student Health Center in 2005 in conjunction with the American Intercon Institute and School which are subsidiaries of the Mengly J. Quach Education. Prior to coming to Cambodia, Dr. Quach dedicated his time volunteering in many different countries such as Mexico, Dominica, St. Lucia and Cambodia.
